Our client, an established planning consultancy, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Town Planner to join their Southampton based team. The successful Principal Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of large scale residential, commercial, leisure and education projects for both private and public sector clients.
Experience
- Significant experience of delivering planning consultancy services to clients.
- Leading on planning applications and appeals.
- Undertaking site development appraisals.
- Carrying out business development duties.
It is anticipated that the successful Principal Planner will have a proven track record of working within a consultancy environment and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
