Role Overview
Role: Graduate Controls Engineer – Permanent – Hampshire
Salary: GBP 26,000 – 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise).
Qualifications
- Apprenticeship / HNC / HND / BTEC / City and Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Knowledge or experience of working with PLC systems – Siemens, Allen Bradley or similar
- Any CAD skills would be beneficial
- Excellent hands‑on capabilities with panel building and wiring
- Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Work within the existing engineering technical team
- Be involved in automation projects
- Collaborate with other Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
- Work on PLCs, panels, wiring
- Produce required technical documentation
- Interface with customers when required
