Randstad is offering a great opportunity for an Administrator to work in Southampton. The rate of pay is GBP12.91 per hour, with potential to increase after training. This is a full‑time role working Monday to Friday, 0800am‑1630pm.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails
  • Input loads into the client’s system to create loads
  • Raise purchase orders (POs)
  • Perform general admin duties, filing, scanning
  • Answer internal calls and customer calls
  • Deal with drivers
  • Collate information

Ideal Candidate

Computer literate with a keen eye for detail, and experience in admin and finance.

Requirements

  • Full driving licence
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
