We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join one of the UK's leading luxury creative event caterers, delivering standout food across prestigious events, weddings and corporate experiences in London. Operating at every scale, from intimate private dining to 5,000+ guest events, this is a fast-paced role within a high-end production kitchen and events operation in London.
The Offer:
- A GBP 40,000 - A GBP 45,000 salary (depending on experience)

The Operation:
- High-end events and production kitchen.
- Delivery across weddings, private events and corporate functions.
- Prestigious venues and high-profile clients.
- Strong leadership team including Executive and Head Chefs.
- Busy, high-volume environment, particularly during peak seasons.
The Food:
- Modern, seasonal and creative event catering.
- High-quality, presentation-led food at volume.
- Range of service styles from canapés to large-scale dining.
- Strong focus on consistency, flavour and execution.
The Role:
- Support the day-to-day running of the prep kitchen and events.
- Assist with ordering, prep, organisation and kitchen administration.
- Lead sections during production and live events.
- Deliver events for up to 300 guests.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and due diligence standards.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef, Head Chef and events team.
About You:
- Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous experience essential.
- Previous experience within event catering is required.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
