We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join a highly respected luxury event catering company in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef with a background in either high-end events, Rosette/Michelin restaurants or quality contract catering, who enjoys working in a calm, structured kitchen and delivering exceptional food at scale. The role is predominantly Monday to Friday with a 5pm finish, offering strong work-life balance. During peak periods, you’ll support up to two evening events per week in London.

The role

  • Support the Head Chef and Executive Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operation
  • Deliver food for luxury events ranging from canapés receptions to large-scale events
  • Maintain high culinary standards, consistency and presentation
  • Help lead, mentor and develop the chef brigade
  • Contribute to smooth service for events of up to 2,000 guests
