The early years of education are the most critical for children with Additional Needs (SEND). We need dedicated 1:1 support assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is perfect for those passionate about Autism (ASD), Speech and Language delays, and Global Developmental Delay (GDD).

- Collaborate with the SENCO, class teachers and external therapists to track milestones and adjust support strategies.
- Provide a safe, dignified environment for children, including personal care or mobility support where required (training provided).
- Practically patient, recognising that progress is measured in small milestones.
- Person‑first approach: Shift focus from diagnosis to each child's potential and creativity.
- Relevant experience: Nursery, healthcare setting or personal lived experience with SEND.
- Commitment: Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service and dedicated to safeguarding.
