Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced Bid Manager for a Tier 1 contractor operating across the M3 and M4 corridors on schemes up to GBP90 million. They bid on framework and negotiated schemes across Education, Care, NHS, MOD, MOJ and local authorities, delivering high-quality, detailed proposals.
You will join the preconstruction team, select bids to target, develop strategies and build first-stage bids, then guide the 2nd stage with estimating and design teams and act as the client point of contact.
