About The Role
- Take overall responsibility for the successful operation of the new state of the art venue, ensuring smooth day: to: day running and exceptional service standards.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team across the site, creating a positive, motivated, and high: performance culture.
- Drive commercial success through membership growth, events, coaching, retail, and F and B partnerships.
- Oversee budgets, operational planning, and site performance : ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build strong community connections and engage members, schools, and corporate groups to grow participation and loyalty.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support continued brand growth and expansion.
About You
- A proven leader, ideally with previous General management experience in leisure, hospitality, or sports environments.
