Role Overview A Site Team Leader performs operational duties, leads and trains team members, and supports administrative tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency on projects while fostering a strong team culture. Responsibilities Manage a team of 1-3 trade operatives and subcontractors Perform operational duties to high standards Mentor and educate team members Assist the Production Leader with administrative and leadership tasks Apply knowledge of SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) principles Skills and Requirements At least 5 years of construction experience, domestic or commercial; bricklaying qualification preferred Experience with computer systems and record-keeping Proficiency with documents, spreadsheets, and reading construction plans Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Optional: Pursuit of further professional development, including leadership roles English proficiency required Compensation and Progression Base salary of GBP 33,000 – 36,000 per annum with performance-based increases Potential for higher pay based on experience and leadership contributions Pathway to management roles such as Production Leader Application deadline: 30th May 2025, 5 pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
