Our client, a long-established and patient-focused dental practice in Shrewsbury, is currently seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, well-organised environment alongside experienced clinicians who are committed to delivering outstanding patient care. The practice provides high-quality general, cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant dentistry and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including intra-oral scanners and a CBCT machine.

You Will Need
- A recognised dental nursing qualification and valid GDC registration
- Previous experience in a dental practice
- Excellent patient care skills with a friendly, compassionate approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good IT skills for maintaining accurate records and using practice software
- The ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing, sterilising, and maintaining instruments and materials
- Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards
- Supporting with appointment scheduling, correspondence, and stock control
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintaining clinical equipment and assisting with sterilisation processes
