Shaftesbury is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for Bradbury House in Shrewsbury. The role involves overnight care for children with disabilities, with shifts on 9:30pm–7:30am and additional weekend cover.
The service operates five nights weekly (Wed–Sun) with up to five children per night and a committed team providing safe, compassionate care. We seek a candidate with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a willingness to achieve Level 5 within two years.
