Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build matters.
- Handle files from initial instruction through to completion with minimal supervision, delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.
- Draft and review contracts, title documentation, and search results.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the department and build/maintain strong client relationships to support the firm’s property practice.
Qualifications
- Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE (or equivalent residential conveyancing experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and the ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused, proactive, organized, and detail-driven approach.
