Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate employee records, filing electronic documents, and transcribing meeting minutes with high accuracy.
  • Recruitment and Compliance: Supporting safer recruitment requirements, including DBS applications, reference requests, and ensuring adherence to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) legislation.
  • Employee Life cycle: Overseeing onboarding, induction, and off boarding procedures, including arranging probationary reviews and farewell feedback meetings.
  • Data and Wellbeing: Reviewing sickness and absence data to support data insights and preparing occupational health referrals to support staff at work.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualifications: GCSE English and Math at a minimum grade C or 4.
  • Mobility: A driving license, or the ability to travel efficiently between academies, is required.
  • Skills: Excellent ICT skills, including the ability to use and report from HR Systems.
  • Qualities: An inquisitive nature with sound problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.
