An asbestos surveyor for my client will work across all sites; domestic, commercial, and industrial. They have a calendar planner who informs staff of their location in advance, but it is a reactive industry so on occasion there will be last minute changes.
There are some fantastic benefits included with taking this job. After probation, the client will fund and train an asbestos surveyor to gain their P403 and P404 qualifications. There is a standard 22 days holiday, with the option to buy 5 extra days in January which you will repay over a 12-month period.
Key Duties Of An Asbestos Surveyor- Able to identify asbestos containing materials
- Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos
- Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written
- Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying
- Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines

- Valid and reliable experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving license
