A growing multi-site organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead its financial control, reporting, FP&A, and business partnering functions. Reporting directly to the CFO, this hands-on leadership role will be responsible for overseeing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, audit processes, statutory reporting, and the development of the finance team.

The successful candidate will provide commercial insight to senior stakeholders while driving process improvements, strengthening financial governance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified
  • Strong experience in financial control, management reporting, FP&A, and business partnering
  • Proven track record of leading audits, statutory accounts preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high-performing finance teams
  • Experience within multi-site organisations, ideally in hospitality, leisure, retail, property, or other service-led environments
