On behalf of our client, a 5:star rated housebuilder, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a major new project in Leeds. Based from the Leeds office, you will be responsible for a landmark development of 400 new homes (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms). You will manage all commercial aspects from subcontractor procurement and cost control through to final accounts, ensuring the project is delivered successfully and profitably.

What we\’re looking for

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK housebuilding sector.

A strong track record of managing the commercial aspects of large‐scale residential projects.

Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen.
