An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing pub group with over 50 sites across London and the SE. This is a key senior operational role, working closely with the leadership team and taking responsibility for driving performance across a significant multi-site estate.

You will lead and support a team of Area Managers, ensuring strong operational standards across people, customer experience, commercial performance, compliance and overall site delivery. The business has an ambitious growth strategy, so this is a great opportunity for a senior operator who wants to join a successful group and play a genuine part in its continued development.

We are looking for someone who is commercially strong, hands-on and passionate about the pub sector, with a proven track record managing a large multi-site operation. You will be confident leading senior teams, improving performance and working closely with stakeholders across the business.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong senior operational experience within the pub, bar or restaurant sector
  • Experience managing a large multi-site estate
  • Previous experience leading Area Managers, Operations Managers or similar
  • A strong commercial understanding and track record of improving performance
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills
  • A hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of the London hospitality market
