We are currently searching for an exceptional Senior Operations Director to lead the owned and operated portfolio of a globally recognised hospitality brand, with London at its core. This is a pivotal leadership role within a fast‑scaling, high‑profile business known for delivering dynamic, multi‑revenue stream venues across major international cities. The role is not a maintenance position; it focuses on building, shaping, and scaling a global operating model, with a major focus on launching and embedding a flagship London site. It suits a commercially driven, operationally strong leader who thrives in high-volume, fast‑paced environments and operates at executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading performance across all owned operated sites globally
- Overseeing new openings, including a flagship launch
- Implementing strong SOPs, training frameworks, and operational standards
- Driving EBITDA growth, revenue, and overall commercial performance
- Supporting and challenging GM‑level leadership across markets
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across brand, development, finance, and marketing
- Ensuring consistency in guest experience and brand standards
- International travel to maintain quality and performance
The Right Senior Operations Director
- Proven experience at Operations Director / MD level within high-volume, multi-site hospitality
- Strong track record operating across multiple international markets
- Deep operational experience
- Experience in UK, Europe or international markets (would be a big bonus)
- Strong commercial and P&L ownership experience
- Hands‑on, credible leader able to operate strategically
- Comfortable working at board level in a fast-growth environment
