About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design to join a growing, design-led studio based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced designer to lead high-profile hospitality projects and play a key role in building and mentoring a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through to completion
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and technical drawings
- Oversee project timelines and ensure design quality and consistency
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years experience in interior design with a focus on hospitality
- Proven ability to lead projects independently
- Strong conceptual and technical design skills
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work from or commute to West London
