This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the business in a senior operational leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast paced, high‑performance environment.
Role Overview
Reporting into the HR Director, the Head of HR Operations will lead the day to day HR function, ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong HR generalist expertise, commercial judgement and the ability to operate confidently within a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
- Advise managers and senior leaders on employee relations, performance management and organisational matters
- Oversee HR policies, processes, payroll and benefits to ensure efficiency, compliance and a high quality employee experience
- Support organisational planning, development initiatives and HR change projects across the business
- Provide leadership and guidance to the wider HR team while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior operational HR role within a fast paced commercial environment
- Experience in luxury space, hospitality or real estate
- Strong HR generalist background across employee relations, performance management, payroll and organisational change
- Excellent employment law knowledge with the ability to exercise pragmatic and commercially focused judgement
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, including experience working with HR data and reporting
- CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred) with experience managing or mentoring junior HR team members
