A Legal 500 recognised boutique practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join its growing commercial technology team. The role focuses on advising on non-contentious commercial and technology matters, including IP licensing, data protection, AI, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, IoT, web terms, development agreements and general commercial contracts. The successful candidate will also support corporate transactions, advising on the commercial aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Clients range from innovative start-ups to established UK and international businesses.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience), be confident managing their own caseload, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a commercial, solutions-driven approach are essential.
