The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home while providing high-quality care to young people. You'll lead by example, mentor junior staff, and help create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in the daily operation of the home
- Lead shifts and provide guidance to junior staff

About You
- Proven experience working in children's residential care
