The Role
Working across a portfolio of predominantly commercial properties, with some prestigious high:end residential clients, youll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems.
You’ll Be Working On Equipment Including
- Daikin VRV and VRF Systems
- Mitsubishi Electric City Multi Systems
- Split Systems
- Multi:Split Systems
- Cassette Units
- Wall Mounted Systems
- DX Systems
- Close Control Units
- Heat Pump Systems
- Air Curtains
- Ventilation Equipment
- AHU Cooling Systems
- FCU Cooling Systems
Youll diagnose faults, carry out planned preventative maintenance, complete reactive repairs and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Essential Requirements
- F:Gas Category 1 Qualification
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- Proven experience servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning systems
- Strong fault:finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on Daikin and Mitsubishi equipment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and customer:facing skills
