TipTopJob is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary provision in the Redhill area (Surrey). This role offers a first step into education and SEND, with hands-on experience in autism and complex needs support. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver curriculum interventions, support IEPs, and help students develop social communication and self-regulation, building a strong portfolio for a future career in education, psychology.
