The Role

This school is looking for a SENCO to be a part of their team of passionate professionals. For this SENCO role, the school ideally would like someone with experience with children with SEN in a school setting, preferably someone who has a lot of experience with ASD and additional needs. The school has a large percentage of the students on behaviour plans, so experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour is a must. This is a permanent position with the school wanting someone who is excited to continue their career in this new position. This would be starting from April or potentially earlier for the right candidate.

This is an SEN school in Brent, catering to 50 pupils between the ages of 3-16. This school is very close to multiple underground stations. The school caters for pupils with SEN needs such as ASD and SEMH. The school has an extensive team that will be helping in the classrooms, making sure that each classroom is well cared for and would like more Sports Coaches to help with that. This school is a new school with a growing team and would like to add to their experienced personnel.
