Tip Top Job is seeking a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant Youth Mentor to support students in local secondary schools.

This full-time, term-time role focuses on 1:1 academic mentoring, social/emotional coaching, and exam support in a supportive school network.

You will work with teenagers to develop independence, reinforce GCSE-level literacy and numeracy, and help manage behavioural challenges in a busy educational setting.

A current enhanced DBS is preferred.
