The Role: We’re hiring a Maths Teacher to support students with special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties. You will be responsible for creating captivating, differentiated math lessons based on students' EHCPs.
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Experience teaching SEN math in the UK.
- Availability full-time, Monday to Friday.
Your Skills:
- Experience in planning and delivering modified math content for students with SEN.
- The ability to connect numeracy lessons to life skills and EHCP goals.
- Proficiency in making math understandable through practical and real-world examples.
- A talent for engaging students with interactive and multisensory teaching.
