Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design and Delivery: Adapt, implement, and review personalised Mathematics programmes and schemes of work tailored to individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Targeted Interventions: Deliver high-quality instruction via 1:1 and small group sessions, focusing on conceptual understanding, confidence building, and emotional regulation.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with Site Lead Teachers, Learning Managers, and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive assessments, progress tracking, and transition planning.
- Safeguarding and Advocacy: Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management, ensuring a secure and inclusive learning environment.
- Professional Development: Engage actively in subject-specific curriculum development and continuous professional learning to remain at the forefront of SEN best practice.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
