Tip Top Job is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Croydon from September 2026.

The role focuses on supporting pupils in an Enhanced Learning Provision with EHCPs and moderate learning difficulties, helping them access learning and develop independence.

You will work with a small group under the guidance of the class teacher, providing pastoral support, feedback, and targeted help to progress academically and personally within a collaborative team.
