TipTopJob is seeking a relatable, resilient Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant / Youth Mentor to support students aged 11–16 with autism, ADHD and SEMH in local secondary schools. This is a full-time, long-term role during term time with weekly pay and immediate start.

You will deliver 1:1 academic mentoring, social and emotional coaching, exam access support (reader/scribe) and proactive de-escalation within a multi-disciplinary team including the SENCO and teachers.
