The Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a vibrant accommodation venue with multiple Food and Beverage outlets. This role is heavily focused on F and B operations, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in this area. Hotel/accommodation experience would be a real bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Lead Food and Beverage service across the venue
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
- Ensure health and safety compliance and guest satisfaction at all times
- Act as the lead on shift, leading by example to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
