We are looking for someone with experience and an interest in the Reception Administrator role who would enjoy working with a vibrant team and inspiring amazing children in the school in Cambridge City.
The role is full time Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities
- To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
- The post holder would be expected to liaise with staff at all levels as well as parents, students, and external agencies
- Responsible for looking after the reception area making sure procedures and practices of the school are followed
- To be responsible for the order and appearance of Reception
- To ensure confidentiality of information, including information about current, past, and prospective students and staff in line with GDPR and the School policies
Qualifications
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Be committed and enthusiastic, as well as flexible, punctual, and reliable
- Previous experience working with School database software (SIMS) is desirable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
- Excellent attention to detail
