Working in a modern production environment, youll gain hands: on experience with advanced equipment while supporting projects across the construction, power generation, and rail sectors.

In the first 12 weeks you will be working day shifts (7.30am : 4.30pm / 7.30am : 12.30pm Monday to Friday : 39 hours per week), but after training you will move onto a rotating 6:2/2:10 shift pattern Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
Whilst on day shifts you will have the opportunity to earn upto A GBP 30,500 per annum basic (DOE), but once you move onto shifts your annual salary will range between A GBP 33,000 : A GBP 37,000 per annum
Overtime is regularly available and is paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours, this business also offers a A GBP 2,000 new starter incentive bonus which is a staggered payment (A GBP 200 after the first month, A GBP 800 once youve passed probation and the final A GBP 1,000 to be paid after 12 months service).

- Set up and operate advanced press machines, including Amada and Edward Pearson models.
- Perform bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
- Produce high: quality components for assembly operations while adhering to technical drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure precision and compliance.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to optimise production processes and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with industry standards.
