What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining a safe, structured and recovery‑focused environment overnight
  • Supporting medication processes (including eMAR where trained)
  • Completing accurate, inspection‑ready documentation and handovers
  • Monitoring and escalating safeguarding, welfare, or risk concerns
  • Responding calmly and professionally to incidents or client needs
  • Upholding infection prevention, health and safety, and governance standards
  • Reinforcing 12:Step and trauma‑informed approaches in daily practice

What you bring:

  • You are steady under pressure, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of professional boundaries in a therapeutic setting.
  • You’re reliable, observant, and committed to supporting people in recovery.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in health, social care, recovery or residential settings
  • Understanding of safeguarding and risk awareness
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Emotional resilience and consistency
  • Commitment to recovery‑focused, trauma‑informed practice

Desirable:

  • Experience in addiction or mental health services
  • Knowledge of 12:Step approaches
  • Behaviour management experience
  • Care Certificate (or willingness to complete)
  • UK driving licence
