An established, design-led architectural practice based in Salisbury is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technician to join its friendly and supportive studio. The practice delivers high-quality bespoke residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and thoughtful design throughout every stage of a project.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- Prepare planning, building control, and tender documentation
- Manage technical details, schedules, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, including structural and MEP engineers
- Support project delivery on site, including site visits and inspections
- Respond to technical queries from contractors and consultants
- Ensure all drawings comply with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Participate in internal design and technical reviews
- Research construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Architectural Technology
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Good understanding of UK construction methods, detailing, and regulations
- Experience producing technical drawing packages for planning and construction
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
