Your responsibilities as Sales Support Executive:
- Prepare accurate quotations, checking pricing, product information and availability
- Process customer orders through internal systems while maintaining accuracy throughout
- Liaise with suppliers and partners regarding pricing, stock levels, lead times and deliveries
- Monitor orders from quotation through to completion, providing timely updates to customers and colleagues
- Respond to customer enquiries and help resolve order, delivery, billing and product queries
- Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors
What we're looking for in a Sales Support Executive:
- Previous experience within sales support, sales administration, customer service, order processing, internal sales or account support
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Experience within IT, technology, software, managed services, distribution or reseller environments would be advantageous
