A prestigious UK luxury restaurant group is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will oversee this very busy restaurant, delivering volume and gross profit targets while contributing to the wider commercial strategy. Leading a team of four.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of four sales professionals, supporting them to achieve both individual and team objectives. They will work closely with the General Manager to drive sustainable growth and ensure the highest standards of commercial performance.
