We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping young children learn, develop and build confidence during those all:important early stages of education.
The Role
Working Within The Schools Early Years Provision, You Will
- Support children across the EYFS curriculum through play:based and structured learning activities
- Work alongside the class teacher to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment
- Provide individual and small:group support where required
- Support childrens communication, language, social and emotional development
- Help with classroom routines, observations and learning activities
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Were Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience working with children, ideally within an Early Years or primary school setting
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification, or has suitable experience
- Has a warm, patient and positive approach
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting childrens wellbeing
- Is reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
