We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to work 1:1 with two learners with complex needs associated with autism. Requirements
- Committed, resilient and creative individual who supports the needs of children with complex SEN
- Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable, not essential)
- Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable)
- Must have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Support young people with complex needs from age 5+ in an educational setting
- Work with children on a 1:1, small group and whole‑class basis
- Support the physical, emotional and spiritual well‑being of the pupils
