Role and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
- Interpret and work accurately from complex technical drawings and geometric tolerances.
- Inspect components against drawings and planning route cards to the highest quality standards.
- Carry out manual inspection using a range of measuring equipment.
- Perform table work to validate components against drawing and planning requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities through proactive problem-solving.
- Provide flexible support to other manufacturing areas when required.
- Work additional hours when necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
Requirements of the Role:
- The Quality Inspector will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerances.
