A well-established and rapidly growing Structural Engineering Company operating across London, Kent and Essex is looking for a Sales Executive at this pivotal stage of their growth.

They deliver engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects from residential new builds to complex industrial and infrastructure schemes.

An immediate start is available for this position.

We welcome all candidates, especially those based in Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Research and generate leads from construction projects, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and company visibility.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-contract stage.
  • Coordination with Technical Teams
  • Liaise with structural engineers to understand project scope and technical requirements.
