Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for an independent specialist school near Retford (DN22) for the full academic year. The role is full-time and long-term with a clear temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate.
You will work closely with classroom teachers, therapists and parents to support pupils aged 5 to 19 with ASC, ADHD and related needs, using PECS, Makaton and visual schedules to enable access to the curriculum.
