Were working with a growing premium retail brand in Loughton to find an experienced and driven Retail Supervisor . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high:quality retail environment and take a key leadership role with clear progression as the business expands.

The Role

As Retail Supervisor, youll be responsible for supporting the day:to:day running of the store, maintaining high standards, and helping to lead and motivate the team. This is a hands:on, customer:facing role where your leadership will make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising store staff and supporting team performance throughout your shift
• Taking the lead on stock replenishment and merchandising
• Managing the staff rota and ensuring effective shift planning
• Upholding and enforcing store standards and brand values
• Supporting with opening and closing duties and ensuring operational excellence

About You

• Experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role (e.g., shift manager, floor supervisor)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• A focus on customer service and high operational standards
• Great attention to detail and problem:solving skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
