A national law firm is keen to grow their residential property team through the appointment of an additional Residential Property Fee Earner. This firm prides themselves on delivering exceptional legal services with a personal touch. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion and work closely with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, delivering high-quality service with efficiency and professionalism. Handle all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and manage remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

It is essential that you are confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, have excellent communication and client care skills, strong attention to detail and organisational ability, and are a team player with a proactive and professional approach.
