The Role
- Manage a diverse range of residential development matters, including option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
- Liaise directly with developers, landowners and other stakeholders, providing clear, commercially‑sound advice throughout each transaction.
- Prepare and review documentation, conduct title work and conduct due diligence to support high‑value development projects.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience in residential development or commercial property law.
- Strong drafting skills, keen attention to detail and a proactive, commercially aware approach to case management.
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
