TipTopJob in Gloucestershire, England is seeking an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to join its growing real estate practice. The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000+ (DOE) and flexible hybrid working.

The Role

  • Manage a diverse range of residential development matters, including option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
  • Liaise directly with developers, landowners and other stakeholders, providing clear, commercially‑sound advice throughout each transaction.
  • Prepare and review documentation, conduct title work and conduct due diligence to support high‑value development projects.

The Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience in residential development or commercial property law.
  • Strong drafting skills, keen attention to detail and a proactive, commercially aware approach to case management.
  • Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
