The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters, including, but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with 3-5 years' experience. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision.
