- Manage and oversee own caseload, responsible for freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions, while being commercially astute and generating fees in line with agreed targets.
- Develop close relationships with clients and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional client care.
