An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in Radstock, Somerset. You will be working for one of UK\’s leading health care providers.

This care home is a specialist autism service for adults and has a staff team with significant expertise in supporting people with autism and behaviours that may be challenging.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, with your team helping service users achieve their goals and develop skills and confidence through various staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person‐centred support and care.

You will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care while continually developing the service.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes is critical to the service\’s success.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Commitment to delivering high quality care.

Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.

Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.

Fine‐tuned decision‐making skills.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Flexibility and a strong can‐do attitude.

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP40,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a permanent full‐time role working 37.5 hours a week.
