The Individual
As booking agent, you will have experience across reservations from hotels, agencies or airlines etc. You will handle accommodation bookings for clients, working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This includes coordinating group bookings, liaising with hotels and estate agents, and ensuring high levels of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accommodation bookings for high-net worth clients
- Handle serviced apartments, hotels, and private lettings
- Maintain detailed client records and booking information
- Work across various client timelines and needs simultaneously
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with anti-money laundering protocols
- Work closely with a diverse team of junior and senior members
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a booking/reservations/travel agency role
- Able to multi-task, remain organised, and perform under pressure
- Strong communication and memory skills: note-taking and attention to detail are key
- Backgrounds in hotels, airlines, production, or admin all welcome
