You Will Have
- Classroom Experience: Proven track record supporting students within an educational setting.
- SEND Expertise: Solid understanding or experience with SEND, ALS, and EHCP frameworks.
- Core Qualifications: GCSE Grade A*:C (9:4) in English and Maths, or the drive to work towards them.
- Tech Savvy: Confident daily use of Microsoft and Google packages.
- Key Traits: High reliability, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to changing classroom needs.
Department Info
As the Assistive Technology and Inclusion Specialist, you report to the Digital Learning Manager but work in close partnership with the Quality Team and SEND Leads. You are the bridge between the technical infrastructure managed by IT and the individual educational needs of our most vulnerable learners. Your role ensures that the Digital and AI Strategy is truly universal, making you the person the department relies on to ensure our innovations are inclusive by default, not by exception.
